Follow these steps to assure your art pieces
Step 1
Visit our Art Gallery page and add to your bag the art pieces you wish to order.
Step 2
View your bag and continue through to checkout to place your order. Use Apple Pay or Google Play for a faster purchase.
Note: At the moment shipping is only available to the U.S. For other countries, please contact us at orders@roots.art.
Step 3
Receive your shipping confirmation number within the next two business days and wait for your order to arrive.
Notifications regarding your order
Once your order is placed, you will receive email notifications regarding its status changes automatically, of which you are able to reply to in case of assistance.
Through which shipping company will I receive my order?
We ship through either FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS depending on the location of the artist.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Upon confirmation from the artist, orders are processed within the next business day. Delivery time depends on your shipping address and chosen shipping method, typically ranging from 3 to 10 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment shipping is only available to the U.S. For other countries, please contact us at orders@roots.art.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Stripe, a secure and encrypted payment gateway.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items. View our Warranty and returns page for more information.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
You can request a cancellation or change within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, the order may already be in processing.
Are there any other fees associated with my order?
Checkout prices are final, including shipping and any other related fees.
