We take pride in offering authentic, artist-signed works and aim to ensure that every collector is satisfied with their purchase. While most of our pieces are final sale due to their unique or limited nature, we provide a clear and fair process for handling rare issues with incorrect or damaged deliveries.
Return or Refund Eligibility
You may request a return, refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery, only if the artwork arrives damaged or incorrect.
We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases or for artwork received in good condition.
Cancellations & Order Changes
You may cancel or request changes to your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, the artwork may already be in processing and changes can no longer be guaranteed.
Authenticity & Warranty
All artworks sold through Roots are backed by:
- A guarantee of authenticity
- An original signature from the artist
- A print number, if applicable
There is no commercial-use warranty unless explicitly stated for the piece.
How to Request a Return or Refund
If your artwork arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong piece, please fill out the form below.
Once your form is submitted:
- We will review your request and respond within 3 business days via email.
- If your request is accepted:
- For returns, we will send instructions for how to return the artwork. Shipping costs will be covered by Roots.
- For refunds, once approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
