Suthida Kanchanaburi grew up in a small riverside village in northern Thailand, where temple festivals and local artisans shaped her early life. Inspired by the intricate carvings she saw in ancient wats, Suthida began sculpting at a young age, blending traditional Thai motifs with her own contemporary touch. After studying fine arts in Chiang Mai, she returned home to open her own studio, where she creates pieces that celebrate Thai heritage and spiritual harmony. Today, Suthida’s work is celebrated for its graceful detail and its ability to evoke a sense of tranquility and reverence.
